Bring your surf boards, kayaks and sand toys! This 5 bedroom home is ideal for families with both big kids and little ones. …. It’s located just across the street from a path to Sand Hill Cove Beach as well as “The Ks” and the K39 surf area inside the breakwall of the Point Judith Harbor of Refuge.

The interior layout of is ideal for multiple or large families, with two living rooms and lots of space to spread out. The house has beachy colors and new furnishings and décor.

The first level has two queen bedrooms, one with en suite full bathroom, a half bathroom/laundry area, and a living room with flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and built in shelving. The open kitchen/dining area is also on the first floor. The kitchen has a brand new, top of the line, 6 burner Thermadore professional grade stove, which is perfect for boiling lots of lobsters and making heaps of pancakes on the flat top griddle. There’s also a slider to a large back deck with gas grill, table and chairs and a great view of the ocean.

Upstairs, there is a bright and open great room with a wall mounted flatscreen TV, as well as a kitchenette with a sink, disposal, full sized refrigerator, and instant hot water for tea. There is an ocean facing balcony. The second floor also features a master suite, two additional bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with a twin and trundle, as well as a full bathroom. There is also a cozy sunroom with shelves of books, toys, and games for guests' use and enjoyment. The sunroom has a queen sized futon and blackout shades and could be used by an occasional guest.

There is a swingset in the backyard for kids, and a great outside shower with hot water. The TVs have access to cable, Netflix, Roku, HBO, Showtime, Amazon Prime and Wii.

The house is located a short walk from Roger Wheeler State Beach between Point Judith and the Port of Galilee with easy access to restaurants and the Block Island Ferry.
