Kitchen is new with granite counters and stainless appliances. The house has been freshly painted and has new hardwood floors. There are two living areas, two decks, central a/c in the upper level, wireless internet and flat screen TV's in every bedroom with multiple channels.  There is an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower and the owner also provides beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
