This home is the perfect place to enjoy time on the water.  You can bring your boat, walk out your front door and spend the day on the pond, or if you are feeling ambitious head to Block Island for the day.  This retreat has two decks to make the most of the water view.  The first level features a full bathroom, kitchen and dining area which opens to a large living room facing the water.  Sliding glass doors from the living room open to a deck with a large grill and dining tables. Two AC units One upstairs, one down.

The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed.  Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that provide access to the second floor deck.  You can wake up and see the water while lounging in bed.

The home is only a five minute drive to either Scarborough State Beach or Roger Wheeler State Beach.  After a long day at the beach, there is an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the sand between your toes.

Per RI state law, any rental period of 30 days or less is subject to a 1% local tax and a 7% state tax.
