Enter the front door and walk upstairs to the main floor that floods with natural sunlight. A lovely foyer greets you with gleaming hardwood floors, high ceilings and a built-in window seat that overlooks gorgeous foliage. The main floor boasts an updated galley kitchen that is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. An open family room with a large flat screen TV is surrounded with french doors that lead to a deck with a gas grill and, of course, more amazing views. 

The third floor holds a loft-style master bedroom ensuite with a sitting area that leads to a private deck, great spot for morning coffee. Additionally there is a  flat screen TV and large bathroom with a frameless glass shower. 

The lower level includes two additional bedrooms, both bedrooms have doors that lead out to the yard. One bedroom has one twin size bed, the other has two twin size beds. Additionally, there is a full bathroom, washer and dryer and a bonus space with a sleeper sofa. 

Cleaning fee: The summer rate includes cleaning and linens for all occupants. Please note that beach towels are not included.

Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis. If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, and an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.

Bookings 14 nights or greater: Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25.00 cleaning fee. Guests that book a full month (29 nights or greater) will be charged an additional $50.00 cleaning fee.
